You agree to pay for goods purchased via the internet with Pharmasave Fort Frances and recognize that purchasing these goods hold the same validity as if purchased in person from a regular store.

While we are trying our best to keep our prices as low as possible for our customer’s convenience, we might occasionally be forced by market circumstances to change our prices.

Shipping/Delivery:

Orders are shipped via Canada Post from our location in Fort Frances, ON.

At the moment, we ship only within Canada.

We have a flat shipping & handling fee of CAN $12.00 for the Rainy River District (Rainy River to Thunder Bay, Kenora to Dryden) for orders weighing up to 20lbs. Shipments outside of this area or above the 20lbs will be charged additional shipping fees.

Orders (including the credit card information) that we have received will be handled as soon as possible.

Sales Tax:

PST &/ or HST are applied to all applicable products and calculated after you finalized your order and will be added automatically to your total.

Payment Policy:

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as payment options.

Backorder Policy:

While we always try our best to have all our products available, sometimes we just won’t be able for various reasons (manufacturer or wholesaler backorders, our remote geographical location). If one or more items you ordered are not in stock at the time of your order, we will send the remaining items out to you, check with you to see if you would like to wait until the full order is ready to leave and/or ask you to reorder the item(s) with your next order.

Return Policy:

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store (Pharmasave #494 Fort Frances) in person no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unable to come to the store in person within the specified time frame, you may send us the unopened item in question along with a copy of the receipt at your own shipping expense. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
