We do not guarantee that the function of this site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that this site will be virus-free.

Shopping Conditions:

As you are using our online shop you do so at your own risk and shall hold Pharmasave #494 Fort Frances harmless from any and all liability including, but not limited to, any health claims regarding information about products provided by the retailers.

You agree to pay for goods purchased via the internet with Pharmasave Fort Frances and recognize that purchasing these goods hold the same validity as if purchased in person from a regular store.

While we are trying our best to keep our prices as low as possible for our customer’s convenience, we might occasionally be forced by market circumstances to change our prices.

Privacy Policy

Pharmasave Fort Frances is firmly committed to your privacy. We respect and value your privacy. We will collect your personal information from you with your permission to provide customer service to you but we will not sell, disclose or provide any information to any third party unless required to do so by law.

Also due to these privacy concerns we will not ask you to submit your payment information online but instead ask you to phone us during our regular business hours (Mo-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat. 10am-5pm, Sun 12pm-4pm) as soon after possible after you place your order at 1-807-274-5383 to give us your credit card information.

Shipping/Delivery:

Orders are shipped via Canada Post from our location in Fort Frances, ON.

At the moment, we ship only within Canada.

We have a flat shipping & handling fee of CAN $12.00 for the Rainy River District (Rainy River to Thunder Bay, Kenora to Dryden) for orders weighing up to 20lbs.

Shipments outside of this area or above the 20lbs will be charged additional shipping fees.

Orders (including the credit card information) that are received

· between noon Monday and noon Wednesday will be shipped out on Wednesday and should be received on Thursday.

· Wednesday after noon until Monday noon will be shipped out on Monday and should be received on Tuesday.

Sales Tax:

PST & GST are applied to all applicable products and calculated after you finalized your order and will be added automatically to your total.

Payment Policy:

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as payment options.

Due to privacy concerns we will not ask you to submit your payment information online but instead ask you to phone us during our regular business hours (Mo-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat. 10am-5pm, Sun 12pm-4pm) as soon after possible after you place your order at
1-807-274-5383 to give us your credit card information.

All information will be handled with utmost care and in a confidential matter.

One of our friendly & capable customer service representatives will be glad to take down your billing information and get your order started.

So please have the following information ready:

· Order/tracking number

· Name of customer

· Phone-number

· Visa or Mastercard- number

· Visa or Mastercard-expiry

· Name shown on credit card

Backorder Policy:

While we always try our best to have all our products available, sometimes we just won’t be able for various reasons (manufacturer or wholesaler backorders, our remote geographical location).

If one or more items you ordered are not in stock at the time of your order, we will send the remaining items out to you and ask you to reorder the item(s) with your next order.

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store (Pharmasave #494 Fort Frances) in person no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unable to come to the store in person within the specified time frame, you may send us the unopened item in question along with a copy of the receipt at your own shipping expense.

A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
