Organic and natural skin care Nowadays every manufacturer calls their products “natural” because that sounds so healthy. But what does natural skin care really mean?
It should mean that your skin care products are not being tested on animals. It should also mean, that if at all, they only contain botanical fragrances instead of perfume. They should contain, if at all, natural preservatives, because some of the chemical preservatives can cause allergic reactions and are thought to be carcinogen.
They should contain certified organic ingredients (at least 70%), because that means for example that those ingredients don’t contain any insecticides that could be harmful to your health. However, it doesn’t have to mean that your skin care products can’t smell or look nice.
There are a variety of companies that produce great natural, organic products including skin care, spa treatments, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorants, and everything else you could imagine. Also take a look at all the products made from recycled material like toilet paper, paper towels, the handles of the razors and toothbrushes made by preserve and much more. With each products you preserve resources, energy and with that you do good for yourself and our environment!
